Here I go again...
Today i'd like to give out some of my health and beauty tips... as we all know, health is the source of real beauty. If you feel good, you'll look good...to feel good we have to have health...money definitely can't buy health..but money can buy things you need to keep healthy.
1. Don't take ice with your drink.
2. Do exercise everyday..if can't afford the time, at least walk really fast in your office.
3. Apply moisturiser every day.
4. Apply sun screen every time you go out. Sun screen is also an age defying cream.
5. Detoxify yourself every once in a month.
6. Do not take alcohol and don't smoke.
7. Sleep early, rise early.
8. Put garlic in your cooking. Garlic is very good as it strengthen your immune system. (actually, there are many food that can strengthen our immune system...i'll check it out and post it later.)
9. Drink water half an hour after you take your meal..this is to make sure that the enzyme that is released when you eat doesn't dilute in the water, or else it will slower your digestion.
10. Eat fruits. Plenty.
11. Take plenty of plain water every day.
I know it's not easy to apply all the tips ....we need time to change. It took me years to change from drinking and eating at the same time, to drinking water only half an hour after my meal....
It also took me years to train myself to sleep early and wake up early....but it is worth it...
